“I tried SCBC because I had noticed that my health was not as good as it should be for my age. I was losing my mobility as I aged, and I could no longer touch my toes. It really was horrible. After a doctor visit I was told that my blood pressure was 150/90, my BMI was 29.7 and I weighed 163 lbs!”

“I just recently had a great doctor appointment. My blood pressure was 120/80, my BMI 23.7 and I weighed 128lbs!! I am so proud of how I look, I even showed my doctor my “guns”!”
