Our Story

What started as one boot camp class in a local park back in 2006 has grown to over 20 group training sessions a day at their spacious 10,000 sq. ft. training gym in Hixson. Locally owned by Kevin and Dr. Kristen Harvey, this dynamic husband-and-wife duo, along with their team, has been changing bodies (and lives) in Chattanooga for 15 years (and counting).

BOOT CAMP

If you’re looking for a fully-customized training program tailored to your specific needs, personal training is the optimal choice. SCBC offers 1-on-1 personal training as well as 2-on-1 personal training. Your personal trainer will create a program for you based on your goals, specific needs, and abilities. We have 30 minute personal training sessions and 1 hour personal training sessions available.
