STEP 1: Book a Consultation and Gym Tour with one of our Transformation Specialists.
It’s easy to book your appt online or if you are short on time, you can schedule a phone consultation, too.
You’ll receive an appt confirmation via text from one of our transformation specialists along with directions to our facility the day before your appointment. If you have any additional questions or need to reschedule, feel free to call or text us at (423) 870-6001.
STEP 2: Show up for your Consultation and Gym Tour.
When you first come into the gym, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly transformation specialists at the front desk. They’ll give you a quick tour of the gym and get to know you and your goals to determine which program is the best fit for you.
Your initial consultation will also include a complimentary Fit 3d body scan and nutrition consult so you have a crystal-clear game plan for your 7 days.
STEP 3: Meet Your Trainer and Start Your Workout.
Every client at Scenic City Boot Camp is assigned a personal trainer on Day 1 to keep them accountable and motivated in their fitness journey.
Make no mistake, our trainers will train you. It doesn’t matter what shape you are in (or out of), their number one priority is YOUR personal improvement. They will evaluate your technique and keep you safe. They’ll monitor your effort and keep you honest. Through constructive adjustments, they’ll motivate you and provoke long-term, sustainable results.
