WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING? Our small group training program is a strength and resistance based workout with low impact exercises. Every day utilizes a different training method (metabolic, lactic, density, and strength) to optimize hormones in order to melt stubborn body fat and build functional lean muscle.
We have 8 small group training sessions per day led by a personal trainer. Our Fit Over 50 class runs M/T/Th/F at 11am. We also have training sessions at 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:35pm, and 6:40pm. Space is limited and some of our classes are waiting list only so make sure to book a time to come in right away!
