1. What made you try Scenic City Boot Camp?
“I’m 58 years young, and in 2016 I had double bypass surgery and a valve replacement. During this time, I gained 40 pounds and did not like what I saw in the mirror – it wasn’t me. I saw an ad for a 14 day free trial at Scenic City Boot Camp, and during the trial I lost 6lbs.”

2. What kind of results have you gotten since you started?
“To date, I have lost 5.8% body fat, a total of 15.5lbs, and am down 14.7% in my fat mass and 0.8% in my lean mass. I feel great and have LOTS of energy.”

3. What kinds of things had you tried before to achieve your fitness goals? And did they work for you?
“I was in a membership elsewhere for about a year, but after 8 months I was not seeing any changes with my body. Prior to joining Scenic City, I would give up on my workouts other than walking some when the weather was good.”

“My trainer. He pushes me and if I cannot do certain exercises, he works with me to help achieve my goals (he has eyes in the back of his head haha). All the staff at Scenic City are friendly and encouraging.”
