“I started my weight loss journey last May. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I went for my first class and I left thinking, I feel really good. So I signed up for the 6 week challenge. Originally, I was only going to do the 6 weeks, take what I learned from that and maintain on my own. Well I loved it so much (I must be crazy because Kevin has tried to kill me every morning since) that I’ve signed up for a year membership.
